Welcome to the AATC. It is an honor to be a part of this International Organisation.
The AATC (Australasian Academy of Tennis Coaches) provides Quality Coach Education to International Standards. AATC Community is a non-profit arm of the AATC providing many opportunities globally, including NGOs and Rural Communities. AATC opens the doors to tennis by way of its extensive educational programs.
The AATC is an official Institute of the ESTESS Athletic University (EAU). ESTESS is accredited by the PTCA International (Professional Tennis Coaches Association) and is aligned with the RPT/USPTA and the national state education of Austria (BSPA) making them one of the leaders in international Coach Education
We would like to thank the Coach Development team at Tennis Australia (TA) for working with the AATC to map our Level 1 Development Coaches Course. As a result, we can confirm Tennis Australia has recognized this course for the purposes of Sport Australia’s Sporting Schools program. The AATC is proud to be recognized by our governing body within Australia and this recognition means any coach who successfully completes the Level 1 Development Coaches Course is eligible to become an endorsed Sporting Schools deliverer. AATC Headquarters is situated at the Home of the Australian Open in Melbourne and has offices in Australia, India, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Thailand.
All courses are delivered by highly qualified and Internationally experienced Tutors, Industry Leaders, and Business Owners across the globe accredited by the PTCA. Course Presenters are experts in their field delivering the highest quality in Coach Education and ongoing Professional Development and Mentoring.
Our pathway is extensive, giving you a complete teaching experience. All EAU-registered courses attain credits from the EAU. This means that a pathway towards excellence and an International Tennis Teacher, accredited by PTCA (including the state-certified tennis teacher of Austria, ITF Gold Level, RPT/USPTA, and ESTESS certificates) with an extended opportunity to get university credits in Sports Medicine and Training (TBA). Graduates are eligible to apply for a PTCA-accredited Professional, nationally or internationally and through extensive work, life experience and coursework earn a Master’s Professional which will put you in Elite Company.
The Graduates of this high-level platform are highly sought after for employment opportunities across the globe. Partnerships with employers, academics, and business operators provide the perfect Segway from trainee to Coach. Members are located across Australasia, Europe, and the Americas.
